We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Bandes Construction in Dunedin, FL. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and completion of construction projects. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints. You will also be responsible for providing strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, and a salary of $100,000+ is offered to the right person. Responsibilities: • Day-to-day job coordination (subcontractor scheduling) • Problem-solving documentation skills • Submittal shop drawing review • Basic technical comprehension of all trades • Understanding of plans, permitting, Geotech reports, layout, etc. • Great communication skills • Tools are not required as part of this position, but you must have your own vehicle. We will consider out-of-state candidates Qualifications: • Experienced with both horizontal and vertical construction work • College degree preferred but not mandatory • Commercial construction experience required • Computer-savvy - this is primarily an office job • Flexible schedule within reason. Night jobs or weekend work is very infrequent but may sometimes be required Compensation: $100,000+
