The Senior Manager, Marketing Programs is an entrepreneurial-minded leader responsible for building and executing high-performing, impactful, marketing programs to drive demand for Banff and Lake Louise. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Marketing Programs will be to:
- Work across all aspects of the business, setting best practices and collaborating on business solution strategies and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, board members, government employees and agencies i.e., Travel Alberta, Parks Canada, etc.
- Build strategic marketing programs that span across affiliate networks, paid advertising, email, social media, and evaluate new channel opportunities to reach specific audiences
- Lead and support demand generation strategies for retargeting and remarketing through a multi-channel approach
- Report on campaign and program performance and effectiveness
- Oversee and manage paid search and social campaigns in the domestic and US markets
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team and business to ensure a unified customer experience, online and in-person
What we’re looking for on your resume:
- Bachelor of Commerce, specifically, Marketing or Advertising
- 8+ years’ experience in a paid advertising or marketing role
- 3+ years’ experience leading teams
- In-depth experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies; leading, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on annual digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media advertisements
