Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience.

Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to security protocols and procedures.

Assist customers with account inquiries and provide guidance on banking services.

Adhere to all bank policies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
