Job Description

SUMMARY: The Commercial Loan Associate makes outbound calls to existing customers and prospects in order to validate data and introduce the Bank’s commercial loan products. They assist the Commercial Banker by calculating initial qualification data and completing preliminary cash flow analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Makes calls to prospective and current customers to confirm contact information and determine interest in discussing loan information.
2. Schedules appointments between Commercial Banker and interested customers.
3. Calculates initial qualification and runs preliminary cash flow analysis.
4. Assists with file preparation and uploads information to CRM.
