    Pioneer Trust Bank is seeking a professional, personable, and self-motivated individual for a full-time Bankcard Clerk. The Bankcard Clerk is responsible for delivering quality service to customers seeking a bankcard from the Pioneer Trust Bank Medical Center Office.

Given our clientele and business model, we are dependent on our staff working in-office. This is not a remote position.

    Hours: Mon-Fri

    Salary: $3000 - $4000 monthly (DOE)

    What You’ll Do

    • Handle the day-to-day operations of the Bank’s Credit Card Program and the Bank’s Merchant Bankcard Program.
    • Provide customer service to potential and current customers of the Bank.
    • Assist as backup for the Bank’s ATM/Debit Card Program.
    • Daily maintenance of settlement reports, accounts, and transactions.
    • Assist in Credit Card application process and setting up new accounts.
    • Perform account maintenance and customer support.
    • Monitor suspect activity and review fraud notifications.
    • Provide excellent and professional customer service using strong. communications skills by email, phone, and in-person.

    Why You’ll Be Successful

    • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
    • One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in financial institution or bankcard processing.
    • Ability to sit/stand at a computer monitor for extended periods of time
    • Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand and arm movements
    • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
    • Ability to reach, squat, bend and manually manipulate standard office equipment
    • Ability to clearly speak, hear, see, and communicate with customers and co-workers of all levels
