    Summary/Objective

    Perform a variety of duties including reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, making payments, preparing reports and assisting with audits. Must be able to work independently and make decisions on financial data and client issues.

    Essential Functions

    • Process Benefit related invoice payments
    • Reconcile Benefit related invoices and general ledger accounts
    • Perform Quality control, carrier, and client termination audits
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies arising from reconciliations and audits
    • COBRA, HSA, FSA, and Commission administration
    • Assist with 401k administration
    • Produce Monthly ad hoc reports
    • Collaborate with the benefits administration team

    Required Education and Experience

    A High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1-2 years of benefits reconciliation experience are required.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred along with 3 years of benefits reconciliation experience. Intermediate Excel skills along with experience with Worklio & Basecamp are also preferred.
