    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our strong core of experienced attorneys and staff provides hands-on training and mentoring for new associates.

    Duties

    • Meet with and advise clients about their bankruptcy options.
    • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
    • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
    • Represent clients in court and 341 Meetings.
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in client meetings.
    • Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards.

    Qualifications

    • Eligible for admission to the Northern District of Georgia.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
    • A commitment to providing high-quality legal services with a client-centered approach.
