Responsibilities: • Manage a growing caseload of consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. • Meet with new and existing clients with empathy, compassion, and professionalism. • Work collaboratively with our team to move cases efficiently toward resolution. • Appear in court regularly (i.e,. Meeting of Creditors, Confirmation Hearings) with mentorship and training provided. • Contribute to the Firm's mission of providing hope, dignity, and fresh starts to clients. Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in Florida. • Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required, however, a passion for developing a career in this area and a willingness to learn are what's important. • Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and client relationship skills. • Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills. • High level of self-sufficiency and professionalism. • Desire to build a career by helping people through difficult financial transitions. Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
