Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

$100,000 - $150,000 Per Year

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience. You will be responsible for representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, negotiating settlements, and providing legal guidance throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings
• Advise clients on the legal and financial consequences of bankruptcy.
• Draft and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, trustee meetings, and mediations.
• Negotiate with creditors to reach favorable resolutions for clients.
• Provide ongoing legal support to clients throughout the bankruptcy process.
• Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate
• License to practice law in AZ
• Active member in good standing with State Bar
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organized with excellent time-management skills
• Bilingual is a plus
