Bankruptcy Paralegal
Job Description
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Bankruptcy paralegal, If you are such a candidate, we want to talk to you. You must be Bilingual - English/Spanish as that is the clientele you will be working with.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
· Draft letters of representation, Must have 3 years of Bankruptcy experience
· Be able to fill out Bankruptcy forms
· Be able to analyze cases and file applications
. Be comfortable to speak and assist clients and provide exceptional customer service
. Be good at communicating with various parties including clients and attorneys
. Excellent organizational skills with professional appearance and attitude
Key is having bankruptcy experience as that is what we are looking for in our next paralegal.
