About the Role

At FSS, we don’t just build legal software—we empower legal professionals to do their best work. We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal & Software Support Specialist to help our customers apply complex bankruptcy processes using our powerful platforms like TrusteSolutions and CORE.

In this role, you’ll blend legal know-how with customer support, training, and tech skills. From onboarding new clients to guiding them through PACER workflows and compliance tasks, you’ll be their trusted advisor—virtually, via phone, chat, and Zoom.

What You’ll Do

Lead onboarding and training for new legal customers

Support users through bankruptcy workflows (Ch. 7, 11, 13, receiverships)

Help with account reconciliation, reports, and PACER case management

Answer support inquiries via Zoom, phone, email, and chat

Capture user feedback and collaborate with product and dev teams

Create help docs, training guides, and best practices

What You Bring

5+ years of paralegal experience (bankruptcy or insolvency preferred)

Solid understanding of bankruptcy law and PACER workflows

Clear, confident communicator—especially on Zoom and phone

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Bonus points for software training, support, or financial/accounting background
