Responsibilities: • Draft Documents, correspondence and legal pleadings. • Complete bankruptcy forms. • Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases towards a successful conclusion. • Becoming the court's primary point of contact for scheduling matters. • Meet court and firm deadlines consistently. • Be a team player with intention to build a long-term career. Qualifications: • A minimum of three years of experience with bankruptcy law. • Demonstrated proficiency in all forms of communications. • Familiarity with legal procedures involved in bankruptcy cases. • Solid understanding of filings. • Ability to research and write well. • Demonstrate pride in working enthusiastically and completing assignments timely. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
