Compensation: The compensation package is commensurate with qualifications and experience and will include a base salary in the range of $65,000-$80,000. The compensation package includes a base salary, plus bonus compensation based on production, efficiency, and performance. Responsibilities: • Draft documents and complete bankruptcy forms • Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases toward a successful conclusion • Becoming the courts’ primary point of contact for scheduling matters • Meet court and firm deadlines consistently • Be a team player with the intention of building a long-term career Qualifications: • A minimum of two years of experience with bankruptcy law • Demonstrated proficiency in all forms of communication • Familiarity with the legal procedures involved in bankruptcy cases • Good understanding of bankruptcy filings • Demonstrated pride in working enthusiastically and completing assignments timely Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
