Bankston Motor Homes is currently looking for RV Sales Consultants to help us maintain our position as the #1 Dealer in Alabama while continuing to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. We are busier than ever with a great line-up of recreational vehicles and all the resources you need to set your career in motion! We offer the training and support you need to help you grow and develop professionally.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Learn all RV categories including tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and motorhomes to best present buying options to customers
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while assisting them with product selection
• Prepare sales documentation
• Relaying detailed and accurate product knowledge to customers and conducting unit demonstrations
• Working closely with the F&I team to provide financing options
• Following up with current, existing, and potential leads through our CRM system daily
• Unlocking/opening units in the morning, locking up units in the evening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous RV or automotive sales experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse client base.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity

  2. Valid driver’s license required with clean, insurable record and reliable transportation.

Compensation : Potential for annual six-figure income.
