    Real Estate Listing Coordinator for Top Team in Bethesda Who we are searching for: You are also the ultimate team player, a collaborator, and a master at executing initiatives. In the past, you have streamlined existing systems to ensure a company’s efficiency. Providing 5-star customer service comes naturally to you and you enjoy picking up the phone to communicate effectively. You can catch the smallest of errors and know how to prioritize. While addressing problems, you’re able to maintain your upbeat attitude to keep a transaction running smoothly. You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment, evolving responsibilities, and wearing multiple hats. Overall, you enjoy being a team player and recognize that there is no task too large or small that you are not willing to tackle! Responsibilities: • Work closely with real estate agents to assure listings are correct, complete, and up-to-date • Acquire all required signatures on agreements, disclosures, and related documentation and then forward the finished paperwork to the realtor for file accuracy • Connect with clients consistently to give reminders, check-in, and apprise them of the listing progress • Confer and collaborate with agents and vendors concerning photography, designing, repairs, cleaning, signage, lock boxes, and access needs and aiding in marketing undertakings • Participate in pre-stage meetings and take notes on plans and suggestions – coordinate the implementation with proprietors • Go to and execute final staging appointments for photo sessions • Liaise and join maintenance staff, agents, and customers at properties, as needed • Enter all listing information into MLS and update as necessary • Send all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance • Enter all required information into the customer database and transaction management systems • Prepare for all public open houses and broker open houses • Help with social media and online marketing endeavors to maximize property visibility • Assist with incoming office phone lines, taking detailed and precise messages Qualifications: Job Specific Requirements • Able to work at an office in a full-time position of 40 hours/week Monday-Friday • Minimum 1-year experience in real estate, property management, or as a real estate administrator, as you need to be familiar with real estate contracts • Real Estate license is not required but preferred Job Specific Skills • Cool and calm demeanor when communicating with agents and clients • Concerned about doing things the right way • Quickly builds rapport with clients • Proven track record of working independently with desired results • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Experienced data entry • Managing relationships with clients and vendors • Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately • Exceptional organizational skills and time management skills • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy- nothing gets past you • Has a passion for providing great customer service • Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly If this sounds like you, please submit your resume along with salary expectations and three business references.
