    As a Banquet Bartender at Eden Resort and Suites, you’ll be a key contributor to our energetic banquet team, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service throughout their event experience. Your main role will be to deliver efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. As a banquet bartender, you have the chance to brighten someone’s day simply by delivering exceptional hospitality. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. • Ensure the presentation of beverages is visually appealing. • Interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner. • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about beverages and menu items. • Work closely with banquet staff to coordinate beverage service for events. • Set up and break down beverage stations according to event requirements. • Ensure that all beverages meet quality standards and are served at the correct temperature. • Monitor and manage inventory to prevent waste and shortages. • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area. • Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation practices. • Recommend additional items to enhance the guest experience. • Upsell premium and specialty beverages when appropriate. • Handle cash and process payments accurately. • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures. • Collaborate with other banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution. • Assist in other areas of banquet service as needed. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and presentation. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Proven experience as a bartender in a banquet or upscale setting. • TIPS or similar certification is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to stand for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment. Compensation: $15 an hour to start
