Qualifications: • • Better team +8 • Experience: Usually 3-5 years of experience in food service, with previous leadership roles preferred. • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move heavy equipment. • Education: High school diploma or GED; hospitality degree is a plus.
