About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Piccolo Trattoria as a Banquet Catering Event Server! In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests during special events and celebrations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down banquet rooms for events, ensuring an inviting atmosphere.

Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Assist with menu planning and selection to meet client needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during events.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators.

Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout the event.

Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in catering or event service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Must be at least 18 years old and have valid food handling certification.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
