As a Banquet Cook , you perform highly diversified Banquet Kitchen duties to create memorable and tasty dining masterpieces for every Banquet event attendee!

What you will be doing:
- Showcasing your unique personality, creativity and skills in any food you cook to create a memorable dining experience with your food!
- Collaborate with your team members in the Banquet kitchen, with banquet staff (managers and servers) and provide support and updates throughout Banquet service.
- Work in a team and sometimes autonomously and be responsible for the management of your work station.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner as stated on the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
- Execute all Banquet Kitchen tasks, including but not limited to plated dinners, buffet, breaks, and buffet /carving stations.
