We are looking for enthusiastic Banquet Servers to provide excellent customer service to our guests at catered hotel functions. Must be able to serve customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Responsibilities: Eligible for base pay ($4.00/hour) + gratuities for each event function. No restrictions on gratuities. Currently filling four vacancies – weekends/holidays are required for all openings. Two full-time and two part-time opportunities are available. • Sets up banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet. • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service during banquet meal functions. • Performs tableside and/or buffet food service as required. • Maintains a clean and orderly workstation. • Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during and after banquet functions. • Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled shift. • Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction. • Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints. • Assists other banquet associates when needed. • Must wear the required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. • Flexibility to work various shifts. Qualifications: • Prior serving experience is preferred but not required. • Banquet: 1 year (Preferred).
