Essential Hospitality Responsibilities

- Operational Integrity: Manage the logistical "behind-the-scenes" details—including staffing, budgets, and safety standards—so that the front-facing guest experience remains uninterrupted and effortless.
Qualifications for the Role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience specifically within luxury banquet operations or high-end event management.
- Service Mindset: A proven track record of delivering world-class hospitality and the ability to instill those values in a team.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate others and manage complex human dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: A commitment to being present when our guests need us most, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in event management software (Delphi, Social Tables, or similar) and POS systems.
