Benefits • 401(k) 5% Match • Employee discounts • Hilton Properties Discount Program Responsibilities: • Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards • Carry coffee pots, water pitchers, and other drinks around the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as requested • Walk around the room serving guests appetizers, meals, side dishes, drinks, and other items as requested • Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have • Ensure that you meet the needs and provide outstanding service for our guests for the entirety of any event Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Experience working in food service is preferred • Display superior communication and interpersonal skills interacting with guests and coworkers • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification Compensation: $18 hourly plus tip pool
