Benefits • 401(k) 5% Match • Employee discounts • Hilton Properties Discount Program Responsibilities: • Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event • Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have • Assist with serving drinks by, carrying coffee pots, water pitchers throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed • Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards • Deliver and serve appetizers, main courses, condiments, desserts, and other side dishes, as well as drinks to guests Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Experience working in food service is preferred • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team members Compensation: $14 hourly plus tip pool
