Benefits • 401(k) 5% Match • Employee discounts • Hilton Properties Discount Program Responsibilities: • Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards • Serve appetizers, main course meals, desserts, and other items, such as drinks, to banquet guests • Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event • Carry coffee pots, water pitchers, and other drinks around the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as requested • Take away plates from the table, replace utensils, and keep an eye out for spills or other special requests from guests Qualifications: • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Experience working in food service is preferred • Display superior communication and interpersonal skills interacting with guests and coworkers • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills Compensation: $14 hourly plus tip pool
