Responsibilities: Enhance our guests' experience by performing the following job duties: • Serves and clears all food and beverages • Keeps assigned tables and work areas clean throughout the shift • Assist in setting up the function according to the BEO (Banquet Event Order) • Report any problems to management • Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests • Be a team player by assisting and supporting other team members to delight our guests • Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Essential Skills: • High level of professionalism • Strong communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Customer service oriented; ensures each guest has an excellent experience • Maintain a pleasant & positive attitude Education And Experience Required: • At least one (1) year of banquet serving experience is preferred • POS Experience is preferred • Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Compensation: $15 per hour
