Responsibilities: Enhance our guests’ experience by carrying out the following responsibilities: • Serve and clear food and beverages promptly and efficiently. • Keep assigned tables and work areas clean and organized throughout the shift. • Assist with event setup according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO). • Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly. • Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and approachable attitude with guests. • Support fellow team members and work collaboratively to ensure excellent guest service. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Essential Skills: • High level of professionalism • Strong communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Customer service oriented; ensures each guest has an excellent experience • Maintain a pleasant & positive attitude Education And Experience Required: • At least one (1) year of banquet serving experience is preferred • POS Experience is preferred • Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Compensation: $15 hourly
