We are looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Server to provide excellent customer service to our guests at catered hotel functions. Must be able to serve customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Eligible for base pay ($4 hour) + gratuities for each event function. Upside on gratuities. Currently filling one full-time vacancy – days/nights/weekends/holidays required. Responsibilities: • Sets up banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet. • Provide prompt, professional and courteous service during banquet meal functions. • Performs tableside and/or buffet food service as required. • Maintains a clean and orderly workstation. • Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc., during and after banquet functions. • Completes all assigned side work throughout the scheduled shift. • Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction. • Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints. • Assists other banquet associates when needed. • Must wear the required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. • Flexibility to work various shifts. • Prior serving experience preferred but not required. Qualifications: Experience: • Banquet: 1 year (Preferred). • Food & Beverage: 1 year (Preferred).
