Provide exceptional service during events across Carneros Resort’s banquet spaces.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and outdoor spaces according to event specifications.

• Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces.

• Transport and set up event materials as needed.

• Coordinate with the Banquets Director and team for smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop).

• Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.
