Job Description

We are seeking a FLEX PART TIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Set up network hardware configuration, run CAT5 cable
• Add & set up printers
• Add new stations to a domain
• Install applications 
• A PLUS, crimping internet cables

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Looking for someone who has at least 3 years of IT support experience
• Able to diagnosis and resolve network connectivity issues
• Familiar with setting windows domain controllers and joining workstations to domain

FLEXIBLE PART TIME ROLE

• Any 4 hours block is good, weekdays or weekends
• Need to have your own car to report to various job sites in the Bay Area.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Candidate should have basic understanding of computers, networking, software installations, and troubleshooting.
• The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, flexible, has a positive attitude. 
• Someone who is honest, reliable, and has a great work ethic.   
• Willing to do what is needed to get the project completed
