    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs, sourcing, and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a Recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

     Must be able to creates successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and systems to generate applications and deliver short-term results while optimizing performance over time to align with organization requirements. This role is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing and marketing strategies for multiple markets, including profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attract non-exempt and exempt candidates.

    Local brand strategy: utilize marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning, leveraging the overall brand guidelines and value prop, tailoring for the local market

    Channels: use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals

    Champion Candidate experience: Continuously improve the candidate journey from prospect to hire, including but not limited to application experience, funnel development, candidate communications, and process automation.

    A successful Recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·        Design and implement overall recruiting/sourcing strategy

    ·        Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

    ·        Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

    ·        Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

    ·        Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

    ·        Screen candidates resumes and job applications

    ·        Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

    ·        Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

    ·        Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

    ·        Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

    ·        Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

    ·        Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

    ·        Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

    ·        Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

    ·        Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

    ·        Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

    ·        Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

    ·        Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

    ·        Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

    ·        Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.

    ·        Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS:

    ·        Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

    ·        Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

    ·        Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

    ·        Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)

    ·        Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience in digital online recruiting marketing, including job boards, PPC, and social media.

    ·        Experience in below the line recruiting marketing such as e-mail, text, and direct mail

    ·        Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

    ·        Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

    ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ·        The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    ·        Bachelor’s degree required, Human Resources or Management preferred

    ·        1-2 years of recruitment experience

    ·        HR Certification preferred

    PREFERRED ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    ·        Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.

    ·        Successful experience with project management, multimedia development, and development in an LMS helpful.

    ·        Skill in design and/or development of multimedia, graphics, audio, and video production applications desired.

    ·        Experience working efficiently with multiple computer applications in a fast-paced work setting

    ·        Experience demonstrating leadership skills and inter-disciplinary collaboration preferred.

    SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·        Hours of work: M-F, weekends & evenings as needed for interviews, job fairs, college events, and/or community outreach activities

    ·        Full-Time Exempt

    ·        Travel: Less 15%
