Exceptional corporation in High Point area is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. This role is an integral part of the Finance team, and is focused on multi-state domestic payrolls. The Payroll Manager will:

• Ensure appropriate processing for US employees across all states (10K+ employees)
• Reconcile payroll accounts to financial statements
• Ensure payroll processing is in adherence with all federal, state and regulatory laws, including tax requirements
• Create and analyze KPI's related to payroll
• Provide payroll information to internal and external customers as needed
• Lead and initiate projects to improve payroll processing and streamline workflows

The Payroll Manager requirements are:

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or applicable degree
• 5+ years processing multi-state payrolls
• Use of ERP systems and payroll processing systems
• Ability to multi-task, effectively communicate and demonstrated strong attention to detail.
