    Banyan Search is working with a rapidly growing vacation company in the Greater Myrtle Beach area who is seeking to hire a Departmental Logistical Coordinator to be a part of their HOA accounting team.  This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work with a large corporation that will allow exposure to senior leadership and career growth potential.

    Description:

    • This position will be responsible for maintaining the following (but not limited to) reporting deliverables and databases across a portfolio of 200+ managed resorts as well as partnering with Accounting and Operations teams:
      • Resort assignments by Accountant
      • Status of monthly financial report delivery
        • Due on the 25th of following month
      • Manage and lead Resort Audits:
        • Audit requirements
        • Engagement letters
        • Audit status
        • Audit completions
      • Coordinate Statutory & Internal requirements:
      • Maintain Organization Charts for 70+ HOA Accounting associates
      • Coordinate recruiting initiatives
      • General departmental support functions for three corporate locations.

    Partner with Departmental Peers:

     

    • Assist Rental Accounting with processing service tickets and other tasks
    • Assist HOA Accounting with Bank reconciliations and other tasks

    Requirements:

    • Keen Organizational skillset required
    • Accounting experience is preferred but not required
    • Timeshare, HOA or Hospitality experience preferred but not required
    • Ability to partner and establish professional relationships with individuals across the organization at all levels
    • 2+ years of practical business office experience 

    Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing software
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Excellent customer services
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
