Exceptional global corporation based in the Triad, NC area is seeking a Senior Manager of International Tax. The Sr. Manager of International Tax will be report to the VP of Tax and is an integral member of the tax team in handling complex tax matters. Specific responsibilities will include the following related to the international tax components:

• Design and analyze international tax strategies, ensuring appropriate treatment of global tax requirements
• Ensure international tax processes are adequate to allow for accurate tax information to be reported
• Manage the international part of the US consolidated tax return
• Prepare and compute foreign tax credits
• Prepare the corporate tax provision (ASC 740) related to international tax
• Manage the tax reporting of foreign subsidiaries and all foreign tax filings
• Research international tax matters to ensure appropriate treatment
• Work with all areas of the corporation to ensure accurate reporting of international tax
• Manage deadlines and multiple priorities

Qualifications include:

• BS/BA in Accounting, with ACTIVE CPA certification required
• 7+ years of tax experience with international experience required with multiple countries/regions
• Strong technical tax ability, with proven track record of handling critical projects
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
