Highly successful Triad Company is seeking Sr. Manager of Payroll to join this critical team. The Sr. Manager of Payroll will be accountable for the execution and administration of all aspects of the Company’s multi state payroll process. This role will be the primary liaison with HR and Benefits, Corporate management, and external vendors to ensure payroll goals and requirements are communicated and timely met.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct payroll operations, processes, and strategies for multiple business units
• Partner with ADP to ensure successful processing of wage payments, payroll tax returns and annual W2 processes
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in payroll operations
• Mentor and train payroll staff
• Development key payroll metrics and benchmark reports for management
• Maintain payroll guidelines through update of policies and procedures
• Comply with federal, state and local requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field
• 7+ years payroll management experience in company with 5000+ employees
• CPP certification required
• Experience with large ERP system to process payroll a plus, especially experience that includes a system implementation
• Solid understanding of payroll process and tax filing
• Organized with high level of attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Able to lead and mentor team
