Highly reputable Triad organization seeks Senior Tax Analyst to assist with the tax preparation and tax compliance process. This role will create and assist with the compilation of information needed to remit various income and informational tax returns to maintain compliance with regulations and meet deadlines.

Duties will include:

• Provide tax compliance services and support to the for-profit and not-for-profit entities of the organization
• Conduct Federal and State income tax compliance and research
• Assist with Sales and Use tax processes and filings
• Provide oversight of submission of Federal and State income tax returns
• Conduct research on tax impact of potential mergers and acquisitions
• Perform special projects

Desired Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Public accounting experience a plus
• 3+ years’ experience with tax
• Exceptional work ethic with attention to detail
