Banyan Search is assisting a wonderful client that is adding to their financial planning/analysis team due to growth. The Financial Analyst will be an integral team member that will be challenged to:
- Directly support Operations in evaluating financial performance
- Assist in the development of annual and strategic financial plans
- Analyze trends and key performance indicators to determine measures to improve financial results
- Work with global teams in preparation of financial reports related to period closing and executive reporting
- Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting for operations team on financial results
- Maintain Balanced Scorecard reporting
- Perform ad hoc reporting
- Prepare presentations for executive management as needed
- Develop financial models to support analyses and projections
Minimum Requirements:
The Financial Analyst should have:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or comparable degree
- MBA strongly preferred
- ADVANCED Excel skills
- Ability to work with charts, pivot tables, macros, and strong ability to create presentations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present results to management team
- Driven, motivated and strong critical thinking skills
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Cost Accounting experience a plus
