Banyan Search is seeking a Treasurer to join a growing Triad organization. The Treasurer will be a key member of the Financial management team reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Corporate Controller. The Treasurer will have responsibility for cash management, overseeing liquidity, maintaining banking relationships, and managing the AR and AP functions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the AR function to meet collection and credit goals
• Oversee working capital of the organization
• Provide oversight and direction of the cash management activities
• Develop cash management strategies and procedures
• Maintain effective relationships with banking and other external financing relationships
• Assist with annual budget process
• Develop company-wide risk assessment process

Qualifications include:

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years Treasury experience
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Supervisory experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
