Small but growing business is seeking an exceptional Controller to join the team. This role offers a pathway to growth to CFO, and will be responsible for all accounting related to this multi-location business. Responsibilities will include:

• Supervision and mentorship of accounting staff
• Monthly close and preparation of financial statements, both by location and consolidated
• Work closely with senior leadership to understand financial trends and project profitability
• Cost accounting for variety of projects
• Development of tools to assist with process improvement and better understanding of financials

Qualifications include:

• BS/BA in Accounting, with CPA preferred
• Experience working in a small company environment
• Strong excel/financial system skills
• Cost accounting
• Experience working with multiple locations
• Strong interpersonal skills
