The Manager of Accounting will participate in:

• Financial statement preparation including SEC filings (10K, 10Q and footnote disclosures) and corporate financial statements
• Ensure accounting policies are in compliance with GAAP and are current with new accounting pronouncements
• Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
• Lead projects related to accounting changes, audits and system improvements
• Drive improvements in processes, procedures and internal controls which ensure a highly accurate, efficient, and robust reporting function.
• Assist with M&A activity with acquisition target analysis/valuation and post-acquisition integrations

Candidate Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Accounting with Masters in Accounting preferred
• CPA (Active) Strongly Preferred
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting including experience with SEC reporting
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Proven track record of leadership and success, with desire to grow with a great company
