Banyan Search is assisting a global organization based in Winston-Salem in the search for a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable. The Senior Manager of Accounts Payable will be responsible for managing the AP Shared Services team focusing on the development and design of the Accounts Payable function as well as developing reporting metrics for management.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advise management on developing trends within Global Transaction Services
• Implement process improvements to the Accounts Payable function
• Proactively manage staff and foster team atmosphere
• Manage cash flow requirements
• Review completion of month end processes
• Collaborate and partner with internal partners as well as global customer groups

Qualifications include:

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• MBA preferred
• 7+ years relevant experience with Accounts Payable
• Global Shared Service experience preferred
• Demonstrated management experience
• Ability to work in fluid environment
