Manager of Credit and Collections needed for Triad manufacturer.  This management level position will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for providing leadership and direction as the organization looks to implement new growth strategies.  An ownership mentality is desired in this role to provide progressive thinking and leverage technology in order to gain effectiveness and efficiencies.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop in-house capabilities over credit and collections
• Implement digital tools for billing, collections and cash applications
• Review and monitor credit limits with customers
• Provide proactive engagement with key customers
• Perform account reconciliations with key customers
• Lead and develop the credit and collections team
• Work cohesively with other departments in achieving corporate goals

Qualifications include:

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years credit and collection experience
• Managerial experience required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
