About the Role:

Cabali is looking for an energetic and motivated Bar Back to join our team! This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you'll be the backbone of our bar operations, keeping things running smoothly so our bartenders can deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

Stock and restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and garnishes

Keep bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift

Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during high-volume periods

Collect and wash glassware to ensure a steady supply during peak hours

Remove empty bottles, trash, and debris to maintain a safe and tidy workspace

Communicate inventory needs to bartenders and management proactively

Requirements:

Must be 18+ years of age

Previous bar back, busser, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Strong physical stamina — ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods

Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
