    The Barback supports the bar team in delivering a fast, clean, and well-executed guest experience. This role is responsible for maintaining stock, organization, and overall bar readiness so bartenders can focus on service and sales. The Barback plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations during both high-volume service and events. Responsibilities: • Restock liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout service • Prepare and replenish garnishes, juices, syrups, and ice • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware and workstations • Collect and wash glassware, ensuring consistent availability during service • Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including opening and closing duties • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to bartenders or management • Support bartenders during peak periods by anticipating needs and maintaining flow • Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications: • Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred but not required • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to lift and carry kegs, cases, and bar supplies • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Look For • Hustle.
