We are looking for a Bar & Experience Specialistwho can deliver top-tier service across our entire venue. If you’re a multi-talented professional who loves a fast-paced environment and wants to work where the energy is always 10/10, you’ve found your spot.

    Job Summary

As a Bar & Experience Specialist, you are a core driver of our guest experience. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, crafting cocktails, and making expert recommendations. However, this isn't just a "behind-the-bar" role. You’ll be a versatile member of the venue team—assisting with food running, supporting our snack bar areas, and ensuring every guest has a seamless experience whether they are at the bar, in the arcade, or on the lanes.

    Responsibilities

Mixology & Service: Prepare a wide range of traditional and creative cocktails, pour beer, and serve wine with speed and accuracy.

Full-Venue Support: Pivot seamlessly between the bar and other areas, including the snack bar, serving stations, and guest seating zones to provide all-around service.

Compliance & Safety: Strictly verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age and adhere to all state and federal alcohol laws.

Facility Operations: Proactively restock bar and snack area inventory; perform opening and closing duties including cleaning, mopping, and ensuring all serving areas are "guest-ready."

Financial Accuracy: Efficiently operate the cash register, collect payments, and manage guest tabs across different entertainment zones.

Team Synergy: Assist with food running and floor support during peak rushes to ensure high-quality service facility-wide.

    Qualifications

Legal Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: Previous bartending or high-volume food service experience is preferred.

Mindset: An energetic, "Guest-First" personality with the ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced atmosphere.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy items (kegs/cases) and remain on your feet for prolonged stretches.

Availability: Willingness to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays (when the fun is at its peak!).
