We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of day-to-day operations and long-term performance. This role is ideal for a proven hospitality leader who thrives in high-energy environments, excels at team development, and understands how to balance operational discipline with guest-centric creativity.
The General Manager will serve as the on-site culture carrier, operational owner, and strategic leader, responsible for driving financial performance, service excellence, and brand standards.
Experience in Bars, private clubs and country clubs, night clubs or event venues are a plus!
Leadership amp; Culture
Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse management and hourly team
Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, inclusion, and excellence
Recruit, train, coach, and retain top-tier talent
Act as the face of the Club to guests, partners, and the local community
Operations amp; Guest Experience
Oversee all daily operations across food, beverage, pool, events, and service
Ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
Maintain brand standards, service protocols, and quality controls
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
Financial Performance
Own Pamp;L performance, including revenue growth, cost controls, and profitability
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and labor strategies
Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
Optimize pricing, menus, programming, and promotions in collaboration with ownership
Food, Beverage amp; Programming
Partner with culinary and beverage leaders to ensure product quality and consistency
Support menu development, seasonal offerings, and special activations
Oversee events, private bookings, and experiential programming
Ensure compliance with all alcohol, health, and safety regulations
Strategy amp; Growth
Execute ownership’s vision while providing strategic input and local market insight
Identify opportunities to elevate the brand, guest experience, and revenue streams
Build relationships with vendors, partners, and local influencers
Support marketing, social, and community initiatives as needed
5+ years of senior hospitality leadership experience (General Manager or equivalent)
Background in upscale, lifestyle, nightlife, resort, or high-volume Famp;B concepts strongly preferred
Proven experience managing full Pamp;L responsibility
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, bar, and alcohol-driven operations
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing, and high-expectation environment
