SKILLS:

• Minimum two years previous restaurant experience in a detail-oriented top-tier restaurant.
• Can assist CDC in the day-to-day operations of a scratch kitchen
• Strong Line + leadership skills
• Food safety knowledge
• None smokers preferred

COMPENSATION:

• Salary commensurate with experience
