About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join Birdie's Links and Drinks in Middletown, DE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control

Train and supervise bar staff

Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers

Develop and implement promotions and events to drive sales

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a bar management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Valid ABC license

Servsafe Manager Certified is preferred
