Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. Your goal is to increase sales and revenue and maintain a high level of employee engagement. If you are a strong leader with experience in food and beverage management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Manage bar and store operations

Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Working with guest and associates while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients

Assist in training, and managing staff

Establish goals and insure the completion of task

Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

Qualifications

Must be technologically literate, with cell phones, computers, vendor ordering sites, etc.

High school diploma/GED

Previous Bar management experience

Certification for beverage handling preferred

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software

Knowledge in cocktail mixology

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent management and leadership skills
