What You'll Do
- Lead all daily bar operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff.
- Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on service, teamwork, and accountability.
- Manage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and beverage profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of beverage standards, recipes, and presentation.
- Partner closely with restaurant, banquet, and hotel leadership to support overall Food & Beverage operations.
- Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and productivity.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while exceeding service expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of bar management experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Strong hands-on bartending background with advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Experience managing beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor.
- Well-rounded Food & Beverage management experience with the ability to support restaurant operations when needed.
- Proven leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- High standards of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
