Responsibilities: • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and security staff. • Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor stock levels, order liquor/supplies, and manage vendor relationships. • Financial Performance: Meet revenue goals, manage budgets, control inventory costs, and handle cash reporting. • Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and local liquor laws. • Customer Experience: Handle complaints, build customer rapport, and maintain the venue's atmosphere. Qualifications: • Experience: Generally 2–3 years of hands-on, high-volume hospitality experience. • Knowledge: Deep understanding of beverage trends, cocktails, and inventory management. • Certifications: Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications are often required. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities. • Technical: Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
